These terms govern your use of The Coordinated House of Enkian website and services ("Enkian", "the Service"), operated by The Coordinated House of Enkian ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Enkian provides a cognitive assessment platform that measures your position across twelve cognitive engines. The Service includes:
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or completing an assessment, you confirm that you are 16 or older. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@enkian.com.
You may delete your account at any time via your Profile page. Account deletion is processed within 30 days and removes all personal data except records we are legally required to retain (see our Privacy Policy).
The cognitive assessment is a self-report instrument. Your coordinates are derived from your own responses and reflect how you describe your cognitive tendencies. They are not objective measurements, clinical diagnoses, or predictions of ability or performance.
You should answer honestly for the most meaningful results. We have no way to verify the accuracy of your responses and accept no liability for coordinates or reports generated from inaccurate input.
Reports are generated by an artificial intelligence system (Claude, developed by Anthropic) using your cognitive coordinates as input. Each report is individually generated — reports are not pre-written templates. However:
In accordance with our commitment to AI transparency (and forthcoming EU AI Act requirements), all AI-generated reports carry a visible disclosure identifying them as AI-generated content. We do not present AI-generated text as human-authored.
We do not use your assessment data or AI-generated reports to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. Reports are informational and reflective only.
Prices for paid reports are displayed at the point of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes. All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Paid reports are digital products delivered to your account dashboard. Report generation typically completes within two minutes of purchase. You will also receive an email confirming your purchase and providing access instructions.
Because reports are individually generated digital content produced immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been generated. This is consistent with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which provide that the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's consent.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate generation and delivery of your report, and you understand that this means you lose your right to cancel.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact support@enkian.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
The Enkian cognitive framework, the twelve-engine model, assessment questions, website design, and all associated intellectual property belong to The Coordinated House of Enkian. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our framework, assessments, or site content without written permission.
Reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal use. You may share excerpts from your own reports, but you may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report content. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data for research and framework development.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
